Bi-Concave lens are often used for diverging light and image reduction, as well as increasing system focal lengths and collimating converging light beams. Bi-concave lenses are commonly utilized with other lenses in order to reduce the focal

Cemented Positive Achromat

Achromatic doublets are designed to eliminate chromatic and spherical aberrations, hence producing far superior imaging than singlet lenes. They are also utilized in the collimation and focusing of laser beams. Our achromatic doublets usually come anti-reflection coated providing even sharper and brighter images. Prisms

Right Angle Prisms

Right angle prisms are generally used to achieve a 90° light path bend, redirecting light and rotating images. Images are inverted, but correct left-to-right. These are commonly used in optical systems such as telescopes and periscopes.

Penta Prism

Penta prisms deviate the direction of light by 90 degrees, independent

of the orientation of the prism itself. This makes it highly useful for applications involving alignment.

Prism Mirror

Our mirror prisms can either be fabricated with an aluminized hypoteneuse (uncoated legs), or with aluminium coating on both legs, and an uncoated hypoteneuse. Mirror prisms with aluminized hypoteneuse are used to reflect light at 90 degree. Mirror prisms with both legs aluminized can be used for splitting

images.

Dove Prism

Dove prisms inverts images, and are useful in beam rotators, which are used in inferometry, pattern recognition and astronomy. It can also be used as a retroflector where it performs as a right angle prism.

Sapphire Window

Sapphire has excellent mechanical and optical properties. It is extremely hard (9 on the mohs scale) and has a strength which is retained even at elevated temperature. In addition, it is resistant to virtually all forms of chemical attack. It has a transmission

band which extends from the IV at around 0.18nm, throughout the visible and near regions to 5.5 microns

Non Polarizing Cube Beamsplitters

White Complemix Glass Diffuser is a white odorless material with a porcelain-like appearance. White Complemix Glass Diffuser is primarily designed to observe real images in an optical beam path.
